What it does

Everything the scorekeeper's clipboard used to do

One facilitator drives the whole event from a single screen. RabbidBracket keeps the draw honest, the boards busy, and the money exact.

Automatic brackets

Pick a format and the draw generates itself — random seeding, byes to the top seeds, and no early rematches between players from the same group.

Live board scheduling

Matches are assigned to boards as they free up, and a player is never double-booked. Playoffs and shootouts queue like any other match.

Payouts that reconcile

Set the entry fee and house cut, then pay places by number of entries or by dollar amount. The configuration has to balance to the prize pool exactly, to the cent.

Big-screen results

Open a read-only display window on the venue TV — boards, bracket, groups, roster, or a scrolling view — and it updates live as scores land.

Exports worth sharing

Download a spreadsheet backup of the whole event, plus branded PDF and PNG sheets of the summary, standings, and bracket — ready to post the moment the tournament ends.

Fix it without fear

Wrong score submitted? Correct it. Knockout edits cascade-reset the affected matches, round-robin edits recompute standings, and withdrawals resolve cleanly.

How it works

Set up in minutes, run the whole tournament

Configure

A guided setup walks through entry type and format, players, boards, entry fee, and payouts — then shows you the whole thing for review before anything is locked in.

Run

Launch, and matches start landing on boards. Tap a board to record who won each leg; winners advance, standings recompute, and the next match takes the board.

Pay out & publish

Ties for paying positions are played off, never split. When the champion is decided, the prize table is already calculated and the export buttons are waiting.

Under the hood

Details that matter late in a busy tournament

Fair by default
Seeding is random, byes go to the top seeds, and ranked players are kept apart in group draws and blind-draw pairings. Ties that decide a paying position are played off — prize money is never split.
Paper-friendly
Ran the group stage on printed sheets? Mass score entry gives you a single grid that mirrors the paper sheet — type the whole stage in, review the totals, and submit once.
Made for the venue
Scoring is outcome-based — record who won each leg, not every dart. Boards are assigned automatically, and the display window is sized for the TV over the bar.
Yours to brand
Twelve colour themes ship in the box, from the default dark terminal look to high-contrast light schemes. Add your own logo and it rides along on the exported sheets.
Nothing to lose
Every tournament is stored and resumable — a power blip or a closed browser tab doesn't cost you the event. Finished tournaments stay in History.
